Terms of Service

TerraTrade is a trading journal and analytics platform. It imports and organizes your trade history, computes performance analytics, provides backtesting and trade replay tools, and offers AI features (TerraAI and Agents) that analyze your own journal data and market information. TerraTrade is a record-keeping and analysis tool — it does not execute trades and does not provide investment advice.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to use TerraTrade. By using the service you represent that this is true and that your use complies with the laws that apply to you.

You are responsible for your account: keep your credentials confidential, use the security features we provide (including passkeys), and tell us promptly at support@terratrade.app if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. One person per account — accounts may not be shared or resold.

TerraTrade is a paid subscription, billed monthly or yearly through Stripe. Your plan renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then. Plan changes are prorated by Stripe. Purchased AI credit top-ups do not expire; plan credits reset each billing period. Except where the law requires otherwise, payments are non-refundable — but if something’s wrong, contact us and we’ll make it right.

TerraAI and Agents generate analysis from your journal data and market information. AI outputs are informational only: they can be incomplete, out of date, or wrong, and they are not investment advice or a recommendation to buy or sell anything. You are responsible for verifying anything an AI feature tells you before acting on it. AI usage is metered by credits as described on the pricing page.

You agree not to:

• Break the law, infringe others' rights, or use the service to harm anyone.
• Probe, scan, or breach the service's security, or access data that isn't yours.
• Scrape, harvest, or bulk-export data you don't own, or resell access to the service.
• Reverse engineer the service, interfere with its operation, or evade usage limits and metering.
• Upload malicious code or content you don't have the right to share.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Your trades, notes, strategies, and everything else you put into TerraTrade remain yours. You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit, and display your content solely to operate, secure, and improve the service for you. This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies in transient backups. If you choose to share content publicly (for example, a public trade post), you control what is shared and can unshare it; see the Privacy Policy for how your data is handled.

The service — its software, design, text, graphics, and marks — is owned by TerraTrade and its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the service for your own trading journal while your subscription is active. No other rights are granted.

TerraTrade interoperates with services we don’t control: brokers you connect, TradingView charting, market data providers, and Stripe for payments. Their availability and accuracy are theirs, not ours — market data may be delayed or incorrect, and a broker changing its systems can interrupt syncing. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that service’s own terms.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data (including analytics and AI outputs) will be accurate or complete.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TerraTrade will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or trading losses, arising from or related to the service — even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Some jurisdictions don’t allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

You can stop using TerraTrade and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these terms, non-payment, or where required by law — with notice where practicable. On termination, your license to use the service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (including sections 6, 8, 11, 12, and 14) survive. Your data remains exportable before deletion as described in the Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and both parties consent to their jurisdiction.

We may update these terms as the product and the law evolve. For material changes we’ll notify you — by email or an in-app notice — before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms. The effective date above always reflects the current version.
