How to import Webull trades into TerraTrade

Webull connects to TerraTrade by CSV file import for stocks and options. There is no broker password, API key, or auto-sync step: export your Orders history from Webull desktop, upload it to the TerraTrade Import Center, and upload another file whenever you want to refresh the journal.

Create the Webull import account#

1. Open the TerraTrade Import Center and choose Add broker.
2. Select Webull. The available method is File import; select it and choose Continue.
3. On What should we import?, select Stocks or Options. Create a separate connection for each asset class you want to journal.
4. On Name this account, enter an optional Account nickname or keep the suggested Webull stocks or Webull options name.
5. Select Continue. TerraTrade creates the upload-only account and opens Upload your trades.

Export the CSV from Webull desktop#

Use Webull on desktop for the export:

1. Open Webull and go to Account → Orders.
2. Choose the date range you want to import.
3. Choose the matching asset class—stocks or options—for the TerraTrade account you just created.
4. Select Export and save the file as CSV.

If you want a long history and the export exceeds the upload limit, split it into smaller date ranges. Overlapping ranges are okay.

Upload the Webull export#

Return to Upload your trades in TerraTrade. Drop the export into Drop your CSV export here, or click the area to choose it. Review the selected filename, then select Import trades.

TerraTrade accepts .csv files up to 10 MiB. An Excel .xlsx file is not accepted; export or save it as CSV instead. If you are not ready to import, select I'll upload later and return to the account's Import tab.

After upload, TerraTrade processes the orders into the journal. Webull rows are matched using their own identity, so importing the same file again—or importing a later file with an overlapping date range—does not count the same rows twice.

Does Webull auto-sync with TerraTrade?

No. Webull currently uses file import. Export an Orders CSV from Webull desktop and upload it whenever you want to add newer trades.

Can one Webull account hold stocks and options?

Choose one asset class when creating the import account. To keep both stocks and options organized correctly, add a separate Webull connection for each.

What if my Webull CSV is larger than 10 MiB?

Return to Webull and export a narrower date range, then upload the files separately. Date ranges may overlap because TerraTrade deduplicates matching Webull rows.
